Package change and version numbering #10

The upcoming update will introduce 2 organizational changes:
1. Change from net.roarsoftware to de.umass package name. Everything else 
(lastfm package & class names) will stay the same. Your IDE should be able to 
migrate quickly to the new package.
2. As from now we'll use real version numbers for binary releases as opposed to 
just dates. We'll start at 0.1. The version number will not be an indicator for 
stability.

Also I'm going to add a pom.xml to the repository for maven users, as suggested 
in Issue 7
