Bluebook right menu enhancement 2 #75

The section header label should be vertically centered in its background. Ideally the header should have a larger padding to its top (so it's closer to its own section).

Also need to deal with the detail table (when you click on term or category, etc.) - and the right cell should be selected in the detail table (like fall 2014) - and ideally we should use Sentence case intead of ALL CAP. (Spring 2014, Level 1, etc.)

lol i was just about to fix this, vertical center is note done yet, i'm pushing

@mrgoodboy maybe a good idea to "acquire" an issue before you work on it, so there won't be multiple ppl working on the same thing at the same time. Thanks!
