Show dining detail information by default #97

Many people don't realize we display the dining menus because nothing about the design indicates that one can scroll up to reveal the dining menu. We should just display the dining menu by default.

If no one objects I will work on this.

This is the same design as Yahoo's weather app. If you want, you can show an up arrow or something to indicate that one can scroll.

I'd like to push some redesign like this to the 3.0 release. We are aiming to get 2.9, a bug-fix release, done asap so we can move on to other things. 3.0 will also drop iOS 7, so we have more APIs to use.
