From the save state it's ST20T.BIN

Offset is 0x3c000

Looks like the palette is in the same offset. We'll need to turn it red to see how much if overlapped.

Looks like there is a lot of overlap in the house using this palette. So this doesn't look like a viable place to update. Closing.
