fix the "/usr/sbin/db_smart_backup.sh: ligne 337: : commande introuvable" error message

well, seems that's not enough to fix the problem...

here it should be better, with COMP loaded from the config file BEFORE searching for default COMP (else it was xz when running the COMP selector but bzip 2 after, and BZIP variable was not set).
