Environment.minimal.linux.yml doesn't install anymore. #45

Installing required packages using the environment.minimal.linux yaml file does not seem to be working anymore. It fails when trying to install the pip dependecies, specifically the sorted-nearest package. Changing the version of sorted-nearest and pinning down some packages will make the installation work again. Find attached a modified yaml file for which installation works
