updated scbasset model #325

Hi developer of kipoi,

Thanks for including scBasset in the model zoo! I just updated the scBasset model, which is the latest model we report in latest revision of the manuscript. Could you add the test in the yaml again, since the task (cell) order is different, and the predictions won't be the same.
