Fixed issues with new release of sorted-nearest and protobuf #328

I pinned sorted-nearest to 0.0.33 and protobuf to 3.20 (or 3.19.4 if python=3.5)

I am merging this pr before the current tests are concluded. The reason is test_new_models will take longer than an hour to finish. I already tested all modified models in parts at 4c95ac4.
