Could you please provide steps to reproduce this error?

Simply, just installed the package. It goes through the steps of verifying if the database exists, hits the step where it should install/configure the HttpModule and gives the above error message. On my Intranet copy of Umbraco, this did not occur. That however is running a more recent copy of IIS. The one that threw the error above is only IIS 6.
