UrlTracker CSS failing when using https:// #194

Hi,

When I access Umbraco backend using a secure https:// url the URL tracker doesn't work. It looks like for one the CSS isn't loading and possibly also some scripts. (mayeb just css).

I tested using http:// and it works fine. Back to https:// and broken again.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

It looks like there is a load of script errors when I check inspector. This is when logging into Umbrco CMS backend. When I check the frontend there are no script errors.

So as you can see this isn't related to the UrlTracker.
