Time changes requires full backup #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change time on your computer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the time changes, GDocBackup does a full backup of all files. It does not 
recognize the files have not changed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.6.187 & Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
