command line support for windows #57

would like to see support for command-line, taking emailaddress & password as 
parameters, including a switch for "download modified only", as you have in the 
interface

a plus would be a switch for "silent mode" /silent

sorry - found the CMD download after i submitted.  the /silent switch is still

the CLI seems sufficient enough for what i'm doing, but my initial intent was 
to allow the GUI to run passively as a scheduled task in "silent mode" so it 
would run and backup the account(s) each day/week in the background without 
interrupting the user.  similarly to how CCleaner can run.
