Add an option to download a document only once.

For example - if the document is shared with 5 people, this utility downloads 
the document 5 times in folders with each shared user's name.

a suggestion would be to only back up the file for the user who owns the 
document, rather than all the users that can view, edit, or have in a shared 
folder.

i get around this using the dedup features of my filesystem... btrfs.
