Error exporting images (Google Apps mode) #86

GDocBackup encounters errors when exporting images (jpeg, gif, png, etc.)
The issue appears only when GDocBackup runs in "Google Apps mode".
No errors in "Normal mode".

An example:

01/01/2012 16:22:48 - 060 > ITEM: AAA.gif (Unknown) [1/145]
01/01/2012 16:22:48 - 060 > Start exporting AAA.gif(Type=Unknown) --> zip
01/01/2012 16:22:49 - 060 > DOC-ERROR: System.ArgumentNullException: Il valore 
non può essere null.
Nome parametro: queryUri
   in Google.GData.Client.Service.Query(Uri queryUri, DateTime ifModifiedSince, String etag, Int64& contentLength)
   in Google.GData.Client.Service.Query(Uri queryUri)
   in GDocBackupLib.Backup.ExecBackupSingleUser(String username)
01/01/2012 16:22:49 - 060 > FO> FileName=username#AAA.gif DocType=Unknown 
ExpFrm= Action=ERROR Folder= LocalDateTime= RemoteDateTime=
