Issue #60 could be solved with a new link on the user show page. (under the email address maybe) But that issue needs advanced pék knowledge, I think.

This PR might even solve issue #55 but not on appliance show page (that wouldn't be smart), but on the kitchen show page AND on the user show page.

There is a more compact way for using policies in views. I updated the suggestions.
