What is new

Add hungarian collection to postgres (User.order(:lastname) and other db sorts conforms to the hungarian language)
Update configs
Update the readme

Deployment

create a db dump
validate in stage that the dump can be loaded in the new setup :exclamation:
delete prod db :scream: (also remove the db volume)
pull these commits and create a new db
load the db dump
enjoy :+1:
