Use confirmation modal when deleting non empty post types

From now on, when a group leader wants to delete a post type

• And its not in use: it deletes like usual
• And in use:
  • Shows a modal with a list of users who has the post, and their activity status
  • Shows a confirm prompt that it will remove the post from its users
