Connect with us pop up #16

Create the Connect with us pop up, that appears when the Connect with us button on the navbar is pressed

"The companies can get in touch with us here:

Name, title, email, company name, phone number, long message
If sent, send an email to svk@sch.bme.hu with the information sent
For the user, notify that the message was sent"
