Add a working gnome-extra/ags ebuild #11

This adds a potentially working gnome-extra/ags ebuild for version 1.8.0, not sure if -9999 can be used without an eclass for node/yarn.

If it's tested with e.g. Hyprland and works fine, https://github.com/kir68k/xira/issues/9 is fixed.
