CI: Partially fix pkgcheck warnings #18

PR for fixing various pkgcheck warnings, which are mostly indentation issues or unquoted variables. WIP.

This is mostly for checking CI, running pkgcheck locally gives different results/errors (not sure why?), while act gives no output. A bit annoying.
