抜けている問題を手打ちして json などのテキストデータで持つようにすればいいのでは?
- 抜けが出るたびに毎回 json ファイルの update が必要なのが面倒

Codeforces をクロールして Codeforces API とは別の API を自前で作ればいいのでは?
- 無駄なフロントでの前処理も要らなくなって良さそう
- サーバー代は払いたくない
