Why can't it be fixed?
Its not possible because to implement this we need to create a dynamic email account for communications so that we can read emails from those email accounts and can store into our database.But current server requirement didn't allow to create multiple email accounts...
Customer replies, from emails sent out on Octopus, need to appear in the notification indicators. Email was sent to a customer from the add order history section. That customer replied to email, but the reply was not received in Octopus. The reply should be stored in order history threads to be replied to and also appear in the notification indicators. Octopus should save all order thread communications with customers for QA purposes.
