feat: create checkbox component #3

Design:

Requirements:

[ ] Implement following states: unchecked, checked, disabled,
[ ] Default size: 18px
[ ] border: 1.5px
[ ] Different styles for different state: unchecked: border: 1.5px solid black-20; background: transparent; checked: border: 1.5px solid primary; background: primary; unchecked disabled: border: 1.5px solid black-20; background: black-20; checked disabled: border: 1.5px solid black-10; background: transparent; unchecked with error: border: 1.5px solid red; background: transparent; checked with error: border: 1.5px solid red; background: red; Please note that black-20, primary, red etc are colors which are already configured for tailwind in config.js file
[ ] Add unit tests to test the component (Please check tests for other components to get an idea on how to test the components)
