feat: add OTP component

Design:

Requirements:

[ ] Should have a default length of 4. Please make it customisable so user can set length to 6 if needed. Please add type check so that user can't set anything other than 4 or 6
[ ] Styles: width: 100%, height: 46px; border: 1px solid black-20; input and placeholder color: text-black-40; input color once all 4/6 digits are filled: teext-black-80; on error: border: 1px solid red;
[ ] Add unit tests to test the above requirements, please have a look at tests written for other components
