The 'description' field Tag TXXX can have size equal to 1? It's return error. 
In the /Media/Id3/Frame/Txxx.php on line 84 I saw the size limit of 2. Why is 
this limit? Thanks

It is okay to have size 1 tag content (provided that the one byte is \x00). The 
limitation 2 in the line 84 means that the content is split into two parts, 
separated by \x00.
