Structure of Content:

  1. What is PHR? Who can build PHR? who can enable creation of PHR? Introduce ABHA for patients here
  2. Role of PHR a. It is responsible to store records. b. How will they store records? This will only happen via record linking - and requires patient involvement in terms of consent from locker/ HIP initiated linking c. This results in longitudinal health record for the patient on the PHR app/ locker
  3. Hierarchical structure of introducing concepts a. facility generating health record (HFR/ Locker) - locker is when user self uploads b. How are HIPs and HIUs defined? This can only be done by HRP - when they know the HFR ID of the facility c. technical system linking the record (HIP) or accessing the record (HIU) d. Discover health records on PHR App / locker (Search by HIP name, which is HFR mapped to it) e. Unique identifier across all systems which enable them to link record, fetch record and map records: for patients - ABHA , for facilities - HFR
  4. Sequence diagram to follow this
  5. See a few PHR steps in action
