9) Section 4.4 : "Here: Sample Report display from Bahmni on PHR App" , kindly replace with "Here: Sample Report display from Bahmni (HMIS product name) on PHR App". Many integrators may not be aware of 'Bahmni' HMIS.
10) Section 5.2 : reference to API addUpdateServices for registering PHR services is not correct. As of now, any application regiestering itself as PHR and/or Health Locker will have to be done by technical team. Integrators will not be given the access to register themselves.
