Blocker: Unable to proceed the game when a player's game is over #18

Issue1(blocker): In the above message you can see that 3 player's game is over. Now if we proceed entering score for the remaining players in the next round, it is expecting values for the players whose game is over. Also whatever the error message that is displayed is not appearing for few seconds and disappearing after that
