Rename "Start New Game" to "Start New Score Card" #22

1.Rename "Start New Game" to "Start New Score Card" in the home page 2.Rename "Start Game" to "Start Score Card" in the Players page (Feedback: Some people were thinking its a gaming app looking at the "Start New Game" button)

Also in the "Players" page it would be nice to have some notes saying that "Atleast 2 players are needed to access the score card" and
