Facebook integration: A player without name is getting entered by default when Game is started and not connected to facebook #23

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Reset to defaults.
  3. Yes Start Over
  4. Start New Game

Issue: Now a player is added with no name in it.

Not sure if it is required to be 1.1. Feel free to move to 1.2 if you want

1.1 is rolled out to prod. The next milestone is 1.2
