Seating adjustment of same set of friends playing 2 games in a row. #27

If same group of friends plays 2 games in a row they don't have to sit in the same sequence for both games. It will be decided by the cards they pick before the beginning of the game. So when the first game is over where they might have manually entered all the players name, to continue another game with different seating positions it would be super cool if we can provide drag and drop the player names in whatever the order we won't before starting the game.

Fixed and pushed to stage and repo.

Reseating of players now work on mobile and some UI clean up around that. Pushed the code to stage and repo
