Usability: Provide links back to home screen from score settings #29

Right now if you select score settings from home screen and update the score settings. Now if you want to go back to home screen there is no quick link. I think it would be better to provide a link next to "reset to defaults" link to navigate the user back to home screen

Instead of providing link back to the home upon saving the user is taken to the next logical step. In the case of no players or less than a player the user will be taken to players page egrunt lse it will start a new game. Pushed to stage and repo.
