broken SVN repository? #39

Trying to check out the trunk using the latest version of Tortoise SVN,
produces the following error:

In directory 'C:\Users\mindplay.dk\Web\google-checkout\library\xml-processing'
Can't open file 
'C:\Users\mindplay.dk\Web\google-checkout\library\xml-processing\.svn\tmp\text-b
ase\gc_XmlBuilder.php.svn-base':

The system cannot find the file specified.

The packaged version under "downloads" appears to be outdated, so I wanted
the latest version with bugfixes from SVN, but the repository appears to be
broken?

an svn file has been locked so we cant grab anything past it.
if someone could unlock the svn that would be handy.
