DigitalCart.php Empty when clicking #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Server2Server button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would think it would send me to a page to checkout with items on 
digitalcart.php but I get a blank page.  Maybe I just don't get what it suppose 
to be doing.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
php, newest version of php.
