[FEATURE REQUEST] Discord DM Notifications when Request is Available #99

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am frustrated that Doplarr does not offer Discord DM notifications like Requestrr does, there is no good way to be notified when a request is available except for manual detection of constantly checking, especially when you have hundreds of users who use this bot. Although I want to support this project, it is making it difficult to continue doing so.

Describe the solution you'd like An option in the run command to enable to Discord DM notifications for when a request that was made is now available.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using a different bot.

As I mentioned in #66 and #82, this is outside the scope of this bot.

This is simply not the case. Many users of Doplarr use tautulli for notifications. You can even get away with no additional application by simply using webhooks as described here.

Those do not notify a person of their download request. That just mass spams every single media that has been acquired to a channel. There is no notification settings or indicators that anyone can use without having to manually check each and every day at every moment waiting, which is not a notification system.

If it's being requested multiple times, then there sure seems to be a need for it.
