Provide disk usage statistics #172

What I have in mind:

>>> psutil.disk_usage(path)
usage(total=..., free=..., used=..., percent=...)

On posix this can be done with os.statvfs():
http://docs.python.org/library/os.html#os.statvfs
Still have to look into Windows.

OS X disk usage should be able to use the posix support.
