Alien science pack icons with Sea Block and Science cost tweaker #9

Mods to reproduce: Sea Block (not the pack), Artisanal Reskin mods, Bob enemies, Bob tech and Science cost tweaker (mexmer)

I am not entirely certain your mod is the one to blame here, but I noticed that with the mods above enabled, the icons of the alien science packs are not updated by your mod anymore. It works as soon as I disable Science cost tweaker. So it seems to be either his mod does something wrong or your mod doesn't like something about this specific combination.

This is a side-effect of the stop-gap measure I added for Sea Block.

Current behavior is not to reskin the science packs when Science Cost Tweaker is present, since it does a whooooole lotta things to the science pack sprites. I am planning to replicate what it does in my own style and then overwrite it, but that is not as-yet ready for implementation, so as a favor to KiwiHawk SCT is left alone.
