[Enhancement] Getting started guide for Kirby

Describe the enhancement

We need a place to document how to set up Kirby from the get go, possibly outside of the repository readme, to be more visible to consumers. Could be both a cookbook page and a readme in the repo.

Describe the solution you'd like

It could document, among other things:

Install Kirby in a project
Best practice for importing components via secondary entries
Defining the projects theme colors
Consider linking to our different guides
Setting up global styles
- e.g. styling body properly so kirby-page expands to fill the entire viewport:

  position: absolute;
  inset: 0;
  overflow: hidden;
  margin: 0;
