[Enhancement] Modal backdropDismiss should be configurable

Describe the enhancement

I could be great to be able to configure the modal to either close the modal on backdrop click or not.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use ionics functionality to enable/disable backdrop dismiss

Have you considered any alternatives?
