Visual adjustments to tab-navigation

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Divider line should fill the entire viewport on small devices (0-768px) There seems to be 16px margin on the right (see attached illustration)

2. Align Tab items with Specs. (see attached illustration) and Zeplin specs: https://zpl.io/o1yrD3X
