[Enhancement] Tab-Navigation-Item padding

Describe the enhancement

Today there is a little too much space between navigation items - and the left alignment with paragraph text is a little bit off.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change the Item padding from 24px to 16px. Add 12px margin between items.
