Create individual stories for each cookbook example page for Page to Storybook for snapshot testing in Chromatic.

[ ] alignment-and-toolbar-title
[ ] content-width
[ ] fit-heading
[ ] fixed-footer-tabs
[ ] fixed-title-and-actions
[ ] pull-to-refresh
[ ] simple
[ ] tab-navigation

We may not need stories for all the examples.

For each page example:

Render cookbook example in story
Import individual components instead of KirbyModule
