[Enhancement] Tabs - Resize Text Accessibility

Describe the enhancement

Tabs layout in mobile (small breakpoints) break with overlapping text. The Tab width should scale according to text resize. With long Tab texts, there is not enough room for the tabs in mobile view. Some kind of scroll could be needed. Icons should also scale according to text resize.
