List: No shape makes kirby item background transparent and updates border-color

Which issue does this PR close?

This PR closes #3626

Setting shape="none" on a kirby-list will set the background to transparent as expected. The border is also updated depending on the host context.

The following tasks should be carried out in sequence in order to follow the process of contributing correctly.
