Define specific versions to ensure proper operation in the future.

Clarify steps required for TCIA version steps specific to demo.

Tweak visualizations.

Resolve dependence on Pandas being installed.

MONAI demo requires skimage to be installed.

itkWidgets instructions clarified. Install elfinder to remove warning.

Use glob to resolve RTStruct, SEG, and US filenames, when they are stored in a single DICOM file in a directory (and the name of that file may change).
