Make download directory customizable #9

Currently all downloads are hardcoded to the "tciaDownload" directory, which will be chosen based on the current working directory. This may not always be the indented choice of the programmer. Please make this customizable.

Great suggestion. I've just pushed an update to the repo and will update the PyPI package soon.

This is now part of the latest PyPI package.
