Default restitution is 0, instead of 1 as suggested in JavaDoc #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new Body
2. Check for restitution

I expected a return value of "1f" as noted in javadoc but got the value
"0f" instead.

Using SVN head.

Suggestion: Set default value to "1" or change javadoc
