Test line collisions further and expand to line/line #3

Line collisions don't seem to be perfect on the end points - need to resolve. 

Possibly also extend so you can have lines as dynamic shapes.

Line collision depth detection is more accurate and the normal is always 
constant
now. However, it's undefined what should happen when a body hits the infinite 
thin
end of a line - open lines are dangerous.
