add: http(s) client communication #294

added http(s) communication.
uses requests library.
best use is probably via user scripting, as http(s) communication is often very 
typical/non-standardized.
also: some parameters can not be set in bots-interface, as I do not want to 
change the database now.

starting point for this change was the patch as send by Abhishek.
I changed this to be more integrated in bots 9conform other comm. methods)
