new: very strict checking on whitespace 'between' records #352

in edifact/x12 spaces are (strict interpretation) not allowed between records.
for bots this was OK.
Added an option to do stricter checking: use syntax option 
'allow_spaces_between_records' = False
By default this is True.
This would be set in grammar for edifact, x12.
used in edi-testrobot.
